Marechiaro modular sofa by Mario Marenco for Arflex

The Marechiaro sofa, designed by Mario Marenco in 1976, creates the possibility of uniqueness with its formal modular upholstered elements. Marenco was an Italian comedian and actor, as well as architect and designer. In 1960 he opened his own architecture and design studio: Studio DEGW, based in Rome. Ten years later, he started designing for Arflex, Artemide, Bernini, B&B and Comfortline.
